I’ve loved working as an instructor in Niseko. There’s about 150 of us in total at the ski school, and it’s like a massive family and so nice seeing everyone you know teaching around the mountain. The clients have been really fun to teach and I’ve felt well supported the whole time by WE ARE SNO. Would definitely recommend the programme!

Joining the WE ARE SNO internship programme was one of the best decisions I ever made. The crew that run it are great genuine people and I’m very grateful to get to know them. The training was great and I felt my confidence grow everyday as we practiced the way we deliver and structure our lessons.

As I’m writing this, I’m struggling to find the words to describe an experience so authentic and unique. All I can say is, doing this instructor course with WE ARE SNO in Zermatt, may be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The people. The ski school (Summit). The trainers. The place. And last but not least, the immense support from both our course leader and trainers is something I believe you won’t find elsewhere.

From day one WE ARE SNO supported every step of my trip to Mt Washington, Vancouver Island. Pre-season they answered my emails incredibly fast and resolved any queries. Walking away with CASI L1, L2 and park L1 I have achieved everything I hoped for this season! Thanks for the service WE ARE SNO team.

The whole experience was amazing! The team were super welcoming and friendly, helping us with everything! The WE ARE SNO course is great, it gave us the opportunity to complete our level 1&2, as well as AST1. I’m definitely going to recommend WE ARE SNO to anybody looking to complete a season!

Choosing to leave a well paying office job in Australia to become a snowboard instructor in Japan was not an easy decision to make, buy you should have no doubts in selecting WE ARE SNO on this journey of a lifetime, they're definitely heads and shoulders above their competition.

WE ARE SNO are a fantastic company and provided a seamless journey to becoming a ski instructor! They arranged everything from airport transport, resort orientation and training with expert instructors. I couldn’t be happier with my current job, and get to experience the beautiful Mount Washington with a fab group of like-minded people.

The customer experience was impressive and any communication answered very promptly. Everything about the course has been fantastic, especially the accommodation, training and quality of snow. The social aspect has also been a big plus, going out for meals and drinks as a group was great for learning about the culture.
