Our ski and snowboard instructor pass rate is one of the highest in the industry. On average, 99% pass level 1 on the first attempt, with the other 1% passing on exam resits soon after. There are many reasons for this high success rate, ranging from using more experienced trainers, many of whom are also examiners. Allowing for more training days in your schedule, making sure you’re fully prepared and ready for your exam. We pride ourselves on having the best participants on our courses, this means we are more selective during the application process.

Finally, we are extremely proud to have a 100% employment rate for all of our courses across the board. This means everyone who has ever joined a WE ARE SNO instructor internship has been offered a full season job as an instructor, regardless of whether they passed the level 1 exam on first attempt or not.
