Questions answered

Read common questions about the snowboard instructor training courses below, or contact our team for more information.

The course schedule runs with 5 training, and 2 rest days each week. The training sessions run for 5 hours each day with a break in the middle for lunch. The days off are designed for you to relax and reset. You can go riding with friends, chill, or spend time exploring the local area. Our resort teams will be arranging nights out, meals and fun activities for the group to enjoy on a regular basis.

We are proud to have a high percentage of exam success across all of our snowboard instructor training programmes. We boast 100% pass rate for our level 1 courses and 85% for the more advanced level 2 exams.

All of the qualifications available through our courses are internationally recognised and interchangeable. The good news is that once qualified you have the certification for life. There is a small, annual membership fee to pay to the governing body if you are working as an instructor and using the qualification. Your first year of membership is included with all of our courses.

To be considered for a place on our snowboard instructor training program you must first take the basic eligibility quiz on our website. If you’re successful, you will then be contacted by a member of our team to discuss course options and to help answer any questions you may have. The final stage of the application process is a relaxed telephone interview where we get to know a bit more about you and why you want to train to become an instructor.
