The Company is committed to safeguarding personal privacy. It recognises that individuals have a right to control how their personal information is collected and used. Providing personal information is an act of trust and it is taken seriously. Unless given consent to do otherwise, the Company will only collect and use personal information as set out below.
Data security is very important to us, we therefore use a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) to safely store and manage all our data. We do not store any of this data externally or personally. The information we store has been provided by individuals who have enquired online, as well as other pieces of information they may have provided to us over the phone. If you wish to have any personal data removed, simply email your name to hello@wearesno.com and we will be happy to do so.
In order to provide our customers with the most relevant course material we request to know:
Name
Date of birth
Ski/Snowboard experience
Nationality
Email address
By requesting our course material we are assuming consent to contact is provided by the individual. In addition we will only ever contact them with content relating to courses they are suitable for.If an individual fills out an eligibility form and requests a brochure, we will send them the brochure material to the email provided within 48 hours. Over the course of a two week period we will remain in contact with them to provide additional information on our courses. After this point we will cease contacting that individual, but instead, add them to the newsletter database for future communications – see below.
We rarely send newsletters, as we know this can be irksome to most. However, on the rare occasion that we do, we only send them to people who have previously enquired about our courses. The newsletters largely consist of course; news, discounts and updates on the positions that we have available. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, there is a link in the footer of the newsletter to do so – we promise not to bother you again after this, unless of course you contact us again.
Contact form enquiries are dealt with in a similar manner to brochure requests – please see above.
